Departing time Fall Rally

Officers,

I have been contacted by the transportation director and we have to make sure that we leave Six Flags to go back to ERHS on or before 6PM. We do not want to pay overtime to the bus drivers by leaving later than 6PM, that can be costly and wreck the club's budget.

That means we're meeting up at 5:30PM so that Ms. Palma can have adequate time to check all attendees back in. Use a buddy system and make sure you have contact phone numbers so that we can reach people if need to.

Please make this a smooth process so that staff are willing to participate in supervising our club's future events.
