Dear administrators,

CNSEF has a wonderful opportunity for your students to earn service credit/hours! The annual spring carnival is being held at Corona High on March 27-30.  This is one of the main fundraising events of the year.  The profits earned are given back to teachers and schools in the form of grant awards.  The foundation is in need of student volunteers.  If you could solicit volunteers, or pass this info on to the appropriate staff member on your campus, it would be greatly appreciated.  Each school is allowed to sign up to two students per each hour time slot.  If you have more student interest than that, you may have them sign up on a wait-list.  If all time slots are not filled by March 7th, then those students on the wait list will be contacted.

In past years, students involved in the IB program and service clubs have enjoyed having this fun, easy way to do community service.  Please see the attached documents for the schedule, student release forms, and a description of the duties.  Please note that no student will be allowed to participate without a signed release form.  Please pony the completed forms to Julie Cooley at the CNTA office by March 7th.

Thank you for your time and your assistance!  Please call  737-3414 if you have any questions or concerns.

Sincerely,

Julie Cooley
CNTA Vice-President
