Key Officers,

 

Ms. Pinedo has the cash box and will drop it off around 9AM. We have $90 in the box (our starting change). Ms. Pinedo will pick it up around 12PM, I don't think she'll be there the whole time cause of a family event.

 

Club officers, make sure that all participants filled out the activity form. They're are not allowed to participate in the car wash without that form. A club advisor was sued last year by parents during one of the car wash event. This form is to cover my butt, I do not wanna get sued if anything happened.
