How to use modal mode in Ergoemacs

There doesn't seem to have any documentation in this subject. How do I properly enable it?

Currently you can press F6 to enable modal ergoemacs-mode. It is dominated to having a sticky alt key.

You can also use keys like God mode,  which is kind of modal. See an explanation below:
