Change auto detected repository

I am having trouble changing the auto-detected repository. I currently have 2 repositories in reviewboard, one for main branches and the other for feature branches. When I choose a project and select create review request, the connector auto-detects the main branches repository, but i need to select the feature-branches repo. Is there any way to change this setting? I can see both repos when I do a query, just not when Im adding a new review request.

Are the two repositories the same, e.g. do they have the same
Repository UUID? ( You can check this from the CLI using svn info
$MY_REPO_URL )
