Hey Rombert!
I've got a problem with configuring eReviewBoard in my company.
When I validate settings, it shows 'Did not find session cookie in response'.

Here is my settings

ReviewBoard 1.6.3
eReviewBoard 0.13.2 with the same version of Subclipse Integration.
Eclipse Juno running on Ubuntu 12.04 LTS
and Proxy Set up

I can get /api and /api/info data from server.

Any solutions?

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

1. How is authentication configured on the RB server?
2. Can you try without a proxy?

Robert

Hey Robert,

Thanks for quick response.
I've tried to validate settings without proxy and now it shows 'Authentication Failed' even though User ID and Password are correct.
What authentication settings are required?
Maybe I can ask the administrator.

What I actually wanted to ask you was if you could connect without a proxy, and validate that it worked. If you can't do that, can you capture the HTTP traffic with a tool like wireshark? If the data is confidential feel free to use a dummy username/password or send them to me off-list ( robert....@gmail.com ) .

Hi Robert,

I have no idea what happened to this but it works great. I just did install the Eclipse plug-in for Collabnet because the Reviewboard is integrated in TeamForge, and then it showed 'Authentication credentials are valid'.
Thanks for your help!

Well, I did nothing :-)

Anway, glad to hear that it's working for you now.
