How to Create Post-commit Request after checking-in code into SVN (Post-commit)

Dear,

I am able to create pre-commit Review request from ereviewboard plug-in in Eclipse.

This is the one which I am doing before check-in my code to the SVN.

Is there any way by which we can create Review request after checking-in code into SVN (Post-commit) ?
