Can't install in eclipse 4.3 Keplar for C/C++ devleopers

Might be missing something here but I've downloaded eclipse for c/c++ developers and installed subversive and I've tried to install this plugin as well. Subversive installed though this one does not. It gives me the error below.

An error occurred while collecting items to be installed

It appears that it can't find something, so any ideas on how I can get this installed? Thanks!

This might be a transient problem with the github update site, try
downloading a zip from https://sourceforge.net/projects/ereviewboard/
