Upcoming versions of Ethereal Realms will offer the ability to remove
certain components of the system from being usable. These switches are
located at script level (Database.pm) which allows the administrator of
multiple systems in controlling just what is available.

There have also been other minor corrections in the code, some of which
to deal with contributors with no web space, the removal of layers and
the ability to remove multiple works at a time.

These fixes are a prelude to the release of a new version of Ethereal
Realms. Since the last total system failure of the shared hosting
service, it has been deemed important to keep releases moving faster to
prevent too much loss in case of another such failure.
