The System Realm

serves as the default for all puppets and various odds and ends.
Today however (and in the upcoming release) this realm will also carry
two new features.
Board Topics: Normally there is this rather poorly documented method of
pointing system forums to an existing hybrid. With the move to the
System realm, this no longer applies. No need to point, Ethereal
Realms will naturally point to the right location.
Realm Templates: Normally an administrator would change the defaults
for all realms under the 'Templates' section of the admin panel. Now
this has been moved to be stored under the System table giving both
administrators and hosts the same interface to work from.
The above change also allows administrators to make use of the backup
and restore capability. Something that may come in handy given the
right circumstances.
Note: The 'System' realm appears in the realm panel if you have
administrative rights, no other privilege or setting need be set. For
safety reasons, some sections are not available because of their
lack of utility (weather forecasts) or the fact that it would cause the
system to display several tens of thousand puppets if entered.
