Ethereal Realms 4.1.0

Ethereal Realms 4.1.0 has been released!

This release features a fairly major new component to the site.
Borrowing some features from Plenty of Fish, a social networking aspect
code-named 'brothel' has been added to the site. This new feature makes
use of Google Maps for geographical placement and searching features.

Also offered with the above new feature is 'Friends and Foes' to keep
track of relations with other users. This new addition will be more
tightly incorporated into the site in future revisions.

Lock-down mode has also been introduced allowing for sites to return to
a one handle per login system. Useful for sites that want to be more
social and less role-play overall.
