Realm splash pages have now been converted to using templates with the
additional feature of allowing hosts to completely take over that
section if so desired. Since these are templates you can also move the
entrance button, who is on list, weather and information page to
wherever you see fit.

Of course this can be site controlled now. The attribute SetSplash
when set to a value other then 1 will force the system defaults to take
over.
