Thanks for reaching out! Sorry to hear you're having trouble accessing the app.

To join the closed test and install the app, please make sure you've completed the following steps:

1. Join the Google Group (required for access):
   👉 https://groups.google.com/g/spiraltesters

2. Opt into the beta test via Google Play:
   👉 Join the Test

3. Install the app from the Play Store:
   👉 Play Store Link

Let me know if you've already completed those steps and are still seeing an error—I’d be happy to help troubleshoot further.
