erddap2mcp download tool

I've added a download tool to the repo: https://github.com/robertdcurrier/erddap2mcp. The new tool (erddap_download_nc.py) provides a kind interface to ERDDAP servers to download nc files from searches performed by erddap2mcp. For now it's a standalone tool, but I will be integrating into the MCP server so that you will be able to both find and fetch via the chatbot interface.   See attached image for details, or visit the repo.
