Hello,

I was wondering if there's a way to change the default order of datasets on the index.html page?

I realize that users can search by Institution from the main page, but it would be nice to just have them sorted by Institution as a default rather than by Title. We're subscribing to some datasets from other ERDDAPs that get jumbled in order based on their titles (which are set by the hosts of those datasets).

Thank you, Tim Divoll

Please open an issue on the GitHub to track the request. https://github.com/ERDDAP/erddap/issues

Currently we don't allow configuring the sort order, but we are working on a update to the UI which should make supporting this easier.

Thanks, Chris. I added an issue and figured I'd past it here to link this thread to that dev issue: https://github.com/ERDDAP/erddap/issues/327.
