ERDDAP™ version v2.24 is now available!

This is the main announcement to the ERDDAP™  Announcements Mailing List. NOAA ERD has been using the new version for two weeks without any problems. I'm now recommending that all ERDDAP™ administrators switch to the new version.

I'd like to call attention to a new feature in this release, a new option for file watch service. The SharedWatchService will drastically reduce the number of threads used to monitor files for changes. To enable it in your setup.xml add:

<useSharedWatchService>true</useSharedWatchService>

Please provide feedback on the new watch service if you try it out both good and bad. If it's received well I intend to make it the default version in a future release.
