Exporting Worldveiw2 .blk file to .prj file of inpho.

I used LPS 2011 to create an project file and DEM. I want to do the DTM editing in Inpho. But i cant export the .blk file of LPS to the Inpho file extention .prj. Can anyone plz help me.............
