Election 2015 Early Voting is Oct. 24-25; Election Day is Tuesday, Nov. 3.  Early Voting and Same-Day Registration Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 24-25 at City Hall Polls are open 10 a.m.-8 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday, at City Hall, 111 Maryland Ave. Election Day Tuesday, Nov. 3 Polls are open 7 a.m.-8 p.m. on Election Day. Registered voters can vote at their polling place. Find your polling place. Eligible voters who are not yet registered can register and vote on the same day at City Hall only.  Rockville voters will elect a mayor and four councilmembers. This year, for the first time, the Mayor and Council will be elected to four-year terms. Anyone who lives within the corporate limits of the city, and is registered to vote, may vote in City of Rockville elections.
