[ERCA] Charles Street Burglary Arrests:: Kudos go out to the citizen(s) who observed the activity and cared enough to get involved

On 8/12/15, at approximately 5 PM, Rockville City Police Units were dispatched to a burglary in progress at 306 Charles Street.  Caller stated this is an unoccupied dwelling. Caller spoke with the realtor who advised no one should be at the residence.  Upon arrival, a perimeter was established around the residence. Upon  announcing the presence of K-9, multiple suspects attempted to flee the residence.  Officers were able to take all four suspects into custody.  An aggressive pit bull was also inside the residence.  City Animal Control  responded and took custody of the animal.
