Is this situation AFTER you have recently done the registration?

What about all the others who have done registrations recently?  Any developments which would push the rest of us also to get this done?

The only reason that my sister and I have not proceeded with our respective registrations is because neither of us is in Delhi and had decided that next time we came in to Delhi we would get the needful done.

 

Your feedback, of course, means we must reconsider that course of action unless anyone of the Group has a different opinion.  In case anyone does, do please share.

On their assurance only we got the registration done.

 

Its been more than 5 weeks no sight of the due payment.

 

Now they are neither picking up the phone calls nor replying to the mails.

 

Please consider our plight before going in for their false assurances...

My husband is planning to get the registration done soon.

 

But after paying the registration amount, I am not sure if teh assured return would start.I believe, for many of them the cheques are still in the queue. I have a bad feeling that ERA does not have good intention.

Dear All,

ERA has not paid cheques for last 3 months those who got registry done even a year before.  There intentions are always very suspicious.  We all have to meet urgently in near future to discuss with them about assured return cheques.

Registry is just the satisfaction for us so that ERA can't resell our property again to any other party.

Please take decision  judiciously.
