The following documents are required to be submitted by the customers for processing the Assured Rental cheques:
1. Rental Invoice (for claiming Assured Rental)
2. Declaration of Income/ Turnover (For Service Tax Purpose)
3. Copy of Service Tax Registration Certificate
The formats of Rental Invoice and Declaration form have been attached herewith.
Please forward the same to your clients so that these documents can be submitted by the customers on priority for processing their Assured Rental cheques. Meanwhile, hard copies of the same are being couriered.
