Dear All,

Are we meeting with ERA on 20-aug as earlier discussed?

I got a offer from ERA regarding additional space in lieu of assured rental. I am strongly against it. What is the group's opinion?

Any sane person would be against this so called offer. It is only an eyewash & to gain time by ERA.

Speaking subjectively, additional space in lieu of assured rental is definitely not an option.

Would have loved to be in on the meeting, but since practical logistics simply do not give me that option, shall be most grateful for feedback following the meeting.

As 20th Aug is a Gazetted Holiday (Id) so it need to be confirmed whether ERA office will be open and the concerned persons will come.

I confirm my participation on any day as decided.

And dear mr khanna and all others who are not residing in delhi ncr, please don't worry. We shall be there and deal accordingly and keep you all updated.

Meanwhile if you all do not agree with the ERA proposal then ensure to send your signed reply (denial) to ERA by 31st aug, send a e-mail also and ensure to keep receiving.

And please one of us has to take responsibility to be the administrator of the online group so that only those can access and/or join the group who actually are investors (sufferers) (may be possible that someone from ERA may have access to all this conversations)

Thanks Manish for update. ERA is open on 20th which has been checked.

Accordingly 20th meeting IS CONFIRMED with request for maximum paricipation.

All participants should preferably carry the reply with them to submit that day itself.

Thank you and all the others for taking care of this issue which, I think we are all agreed, Era has raised totally unnecessarily.  All of us not residing in Delhi will be awaiting your joint action in nailing this down!
