Is this Group still functioning, or are we now each to our own devices?
On the assumption that we are still functioning as a Group, request comments and feedback on the following from anyone who has either concluded the matter, or anyone who has sussed out the system:
1. Request confirmation that we are all singing the same tune and that the additional payments from each of us (for a 1,000 sqft unit) is standard @ Rs.200,506 + Rs.115,000.
2. The rental invoice that Era is requesting for, with the earlier return being Rs.35,383 p.m., and now with the additional payments being affected, what is the figure we are working on now? I believe we should all standardise on this figure.
3. For those not covered by the Service Tax clause, could anyone please advise how that declaration has been worded. If that could be sent as a word document attachment, that would be much appreciated.
4. In the case of a unit being in a joint name, does the declaration have to be submitted by both SEPARATELY?
Would greatly appreciate anyone throwing some gyan on this matter so that this could be nailed down for the pending and future cheques to be received.
