What Alok told me yesterday over the fone was that they will issue possession letter and No dues when people will come and pay and it will be according to the final decision which has already been conveyed.I specifically asked him about the ECC and he confirmed it will not be there in the final letter.  

I explained him that lot of people are overseas and most of them will give cheque to there brokers to do the needful. So possesion letters need to be sent out like last time. he said he will discuss with management and get back to me.

Also maintenance agreement will be shown to individual owners in the office and not given in advance. Again i explained that it needs to be sent out to customers as they are all overseas. Reply was the same.

Is it not logical to question that If Prasandi could issue first and second letter, why can't the third and final letter be issued; once everything has been finalised?

In view of the present situation, and to move the matter forward, let us all assemble at Era, Noida Office on Monday at 3 pm. Everybody must make it convenient to be present in person leaving all other priorities.

I will appreciate to receive individual confirmations.
