Only towers B & C?
What about cheques for the others. D??
Assume that Era will send us the demand for what needs to be finally paid.
Also assume that the demand would be in conformity with what you gentlemen/ladies have agreed on with the developers.
If not too much hassle could the details of that final agreed amount be shared with us. Â

Dear All,As i saw these up dates,  i equested all to meet once again asap because some of us may not be satisfied with all these steps taken by ERA. So to get it approved by ERA we have to satisfy ourselves too at their office or front of them. it is my opinion.Plz take a decision as soon as possible for 1 meeting and convey it to all.If we go individualy we may loose strongness of unity and they will stand on their stand. So plz meet once again finally. ThanksVijay Tahlani93100834569999517899
Can we please bell the cat an get on with life!
Are we all not doing a classical Government act, going around in ever decreasing circles!

Sure, why not hear what they have to say, give them a counter proposal and arrive at a mutually acceptable compromise solution.
I would have been very happy to be in at the meeting but, due to the fact that I live deep down South, have to wait for your ladies/gentlemen to nail this one down.
Thank you all for the efforts being put in.

Dear Mr Khanna
Are you suggesting that we meet Era and give them our proposal?

DVK,
Hi!
Become in a remote location (relative to NOIDA) all I am really suggesting is that a decision needs to be taken. In arriving at that, sure there will be some give and take. So be it! At least we’ll get a move on.
We all know that had Moses been a committee, the Israelites would still be faffing around in Egypt.
Thank you for the efforts and look forward to you/the others nailing this one down.

Dear Mr. Khanna,
Unfortunately, I am not able to interpret your current mail properly. Could you kindly elaborate exactly what you suggest?
The background so far is as follows:
Â
We have had two meetings with Era.
First about 3 weeks back with Mr. Vikrant & Mr. Alok. Minutes of this were circulated to all. Copy was also sent to Era. Both gentlemen promised to get back within maxm. two days, but for two weeks there was no response. We only got to hear various rumours. There was no formal written communication. This was creating confusion.
Our second meeting was with Mr. Chawla who also promised to get back within 24 hours. Again there was no formal written communication. We got verbal information/communications with varied interpretations. Again we are getting unsolicited communication that a written communication is coming.
Sometime, it gives a feeling that Era is trying to create confusion, hence my last mail. Incidentally, all my mails are suggestive and I try to seek confirmation from all of you.
Regards,
DVKÂ Â
