Sir/Madam,

I had called and spoken to your office about 10 days ago and had, at that point of time, been advised that the cheques would be ready and would be despatched WITHIN 7 days. Now, 10 days later, you are informing me that the cheques would not be forthcoming for another 1q0/15 days while, in the interim you have encashed the two cheques sent to you.

I find the position very strange and neither fair nor acceptable.

Your comments please.
