i can't understand what has happened to this group.
initially it was formed with such a zeal and a common objective but now people are not even sharing their plans or activities.
they are dealing with era on individual level.
era mgmt is playing "divide and rule" policy.
please discuss in group and come to a consensus whether to pay the dues to era or not or any further negotiation is left.
