2 Days to the August Congress - What was your contribution to the 'leadership challenge'?

Good morning,

As future leaders in an ever evolving job field, every Equity Scholar has a reason to feel extremely proud. They have submitted themselves to a most demanding role in the society; that of leadership in creating institutions that positively impact on our society.  The EGF ‘Leadership Challenge’ envisioned guaranteeing transformational leadership for the achievement of Kenya’s Vision 2030 - by using our unique pool of distinct Equity Scholars as the change agents

Upon completing your University programs, you will embark upon careers that will positively impact on the lives of other African- but do so with a mindset of servant leadership. Following in the footsteps of other alumni before them, Equity Scholars will have become a part of a network unlike any other – people who believe that with the right empowerment, they can change society. Because of their talents and commitment to the Leadership/Innovation/Entrepreneurship and networking activities of the  Equity Group Foundation, they are receiving an opportunity of a lifetime, for a lifetime. It is our current Equity Scholars and those who will follow them that make The Equity Group Foundation and its mission so important. As our students move on to take their places in various institutions and enterprises, they will be able to share with others that being an Equity Scholar is more than a fellowship, it's a relationship.

With this in mind, I am asking that all Groups and their members do forward their presentations as soon as possible.

No readings will be attached for the day – Your contribution to the ‘Leadership challenge’ was through the presentations and the ‘5 minute’ individual presentations to each other as members of the group – make time to finish the work.
