5 Days to the August Leadership Conference - What are your winning traits?

Good Morning,

 

I was going through Success Magazine this morning, which explains why am late to send the day’s Leadership Challenge Readings, and apparently people who win have some traits including the ones listed below. The question then is – How many of these traits do you see in yourself?

Ø  The ability to grasp the human dimension of every situation

Ø  The ability to know what questions to ask and when to ask them

Ø  The ability to see what doesn’t yet exist and bring it to life

Ø  The ability to see the challenge, and the solution, from every angle

Ø  The ability to distinguish the essential from the important

Ø  The ability and the drive to do more and do it better

Ø  The ability to communicate their vision passionately and persuasively

Ø  The ability to move forward when everyone around them is retrenching or slipping backward

Ø  The ability to connect with others spontaneously

Ø  A curiosity about the unknown

Ø  A passion for life’s adventures

Ø  A chemistry with the people they work with and the people they want to influence

Ø  The willingness to fail and the fortitude to get back up and try again

Ø  A belief in luck and good fortune

Ø  A love of life itself
