I am glad that we have made progress since last week, when the challenge was introduced. Our members list is ready. Dr. Muthee needed our branches and work email addresses (please find attached to confirm whether your details are correct).If there is any change to be made or if someone would like to be included, kindly send me your details. I will then send in the list to Dr. Muthee in the next hour. We now have our identity/team name-‘Pambazuko’- which symbolizes a new dawn for a generation of transformational leaders :). Are all in favour?
The next step is to create a mailing list/chat room where we can share on our topics more interactively and every member’s contribution can be viewed by the whole team in real time. We have about 25 days to the August leadership conference which will begin on the 7th. As for our action plan, we need to send in any suggestions you may have so that we consider our personal schedules as well. For those members who have been sending their suggestions and offering to take up new roles, we are so grateful! Keep it up! Remember, by participating in this, we will be at a better understanding of the key concepts to be communicated by the speakers at the conference. THIS IS IT, WE CAN MAKE THIS HAPPEN.
Monday 11th July- Submission of the members list to EGF.
Tuesday 12th July- Create mailing list and suggestions of our action plan put to table.
Wednesday 13th July-Our final and detailed action plan is presented to members.
