Dear Members of GCR,

Greetings in the name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.  Please find attached April 2017 issue of Madras Link.  GCR committee has revived sending Madras Link after a gap of a few  months. Hope in the ensuing months Madras Link will reach your hands regularly in the first week of every month.

When this issue of Madras Link went to press, there was some deficit in National, State and 
GCR finances and the same was projected in the hard copies of April 2017 Madras link. 

But as on 31st March evening the entire  (National, State and GCR) needs of UESI are met. Praise, Glory and Honour be to our Great Provided.
