Dear People of God,

I am happy to meet with you through this mail after a long pause.  Hope this mail finds you and all your near and dear ones in fine fettle. 

I am glad to inform you that the basement work for our kitchen cum dining room is over.  We will build the roof over it after we get the approval for the rear portion of the land.  The approval process is in the final stage and we will be required to pay around 5 lahks within 30 days on receipt of the approval order.  We are making full use of the special provision provided by the government for  land approval.   That is why we are to shell out only about 5 lakhs.  It will be four times this amount otherwise.  

Secondly, we are yet to settle some pending bills for earth-filling, and other miscellaneous expenses towards the infra-structural development of our campus.

Hence I submit the following for your prayer and meaningful involvement:

Pending bills to be settled        : 3.50 lakhs

Rear Portion Land Approval    :  5.00 lakhs (approximately)

Total                                         :  8.50 lakhs

I request you to pray for the assessment of Property Tax for the existing structure.  We have submitted all the papers long time back and the Tambaram Municipality is yet to assess and work out the tax.
