Dear Friends,

Greetings.  I understand that I was not clear in my previous mail.  What I meant was that we had cleared all the bills which were available with us.

The last and the final bill from the Contractor is still due.

The Contractor is expected to submit his final bill by the end of this week. I will let you know as soon as I receive the final bill from the Contractor.  Sorry for creating a little bit of confusion.
