Thanksgiving Dinner: This coming Monday! No Men's Bible Study.

Hey Equip,

Hope everyone has had an amazing week! Several of us are (still)
recovering from our Turkey Bowl adventures. Equip represented well
winning our first game 40-6 and then losing two very close games by 1
point and 3 points. Thanks to all who participated. It was good
times. And if you didn't see the trophy...oh my...it was classic.

Anyway, this coming Monday night at Erin Spivey's house (located about
7 minutes east of Prestonwood) is our annual Thanksgiving Dinner for
our class. An Evite went out early this week with the details of the
shindig and items to bring to create the finishing touches on the
masterful feast. We are also going to be sponsoring a few Operation
Christmas boxes as a class so there are instructions on the Evite as
to what to bring for that. Hope everyone can make it. Invite a
coworker or a friend to come along with you. Maybe their family will
be out of town this Thanksgiving or there is another reason why they
can't get back home this year and your invitation will be a breath of
fresh air. You never know unless you ask! Could be a huge blessing
for them...and for you!

This also means, guys, we are not meeting this week. We will meet
Monday, November 21 at 7:30pm at my house: 2636 Red Bluff Court in
Plano. A little later start time to allow for people to get off work
and not have to rush. Chapters 6-8 of Knowing God. It has been great
discussion so far. I appreciate you all keeping up with the reading
and I look forward to meeting up then. Wrap up by 9pm at the latest
after we go through the book and pray for each other.
