Hey guys,

Good morning.  Hope this week has started off well.

Tonight is our leadership meeting at 7pm.  It is important for you to be there if you are currently on leadership and even if you aren’t…this is a great way to check out some places where you can fill a need in our class and share ideas on some items where there will be some brainstorming.

We will spend the first 30 minutes or so praying for each other, the class, and our singles ministry as a whole.  I will pass out the cards that we collected from Quest of prayers that have and ask you to commit to praying over them for February.  We will then talk about some ideas that Linda and I have (some of which we have from talking to some of you) about things we want to do and what we want the class to look like.  The goal is 7pm – 8:30pm and then general hang out time afterwards.  I’ll guarantee to be home by 6:45pm so feel free to grab food and come over between then and 7pm so we can start promptly at 7pm.  That way, we can get the “business” portion completed first and then hang out later and those that need to bolt to get other things done can do so too.

**Current leadership position needs:

Sports Coordinator

Social Coordinator

Women’s Prayer Coordinator

**I know this was prompted last week but be thinking of social event ideas that are good to do with our class and with other classes.  Ideally they are things that will promote conversation (meaning, not a movie).

**Also be thinking of ideas on how we can serve our community (think Prestonwood being at the center and expanding outward) and create a situation where if Equip didn’t exist anymore those places where we served would miss us.

God is doing some amazing things in our ministry and we are fortunate that we can be a part of it.  We want to make much of God and this meeting will be to shape what that looks like in the life of Equip.

Love you guys,

Bryan
