eQuilibrator redesign

Dear eQuilibrator users,

I am happy to announce that the website has received a facelift today (most of the credit should go to my new friend Claude).

This is mostly a visual redesign, so there should be no difference at all in the actual results and values shown on the website. If you think that this is not the case, please let me know.

Also, please write on the forum if there is something *seriously* broken in the UI. I only did minor testing so far, so this could definitely happen.

I tried to access from my phone and the layout did not transform nicely, unfortunately. I am using a Firefox on Android. Screenshots attached.

Thanks Robert, this is exactly the type of feedback I was looking for!

I added a JS that triggers the removal of the side bar if the window width is <700px. It's not perfect, but I think it is at least usable now.
