Bug with displayed metabolite names in reactions

Hi,

Encountered an issue with displayed names in reaction equsions after free searching -  the names displayed are jumbled and wrong (though the links will go to correct metabolite).

Hi Oren, thanks a lot for reporting this. I think I understand what the bug is.

Anyhow, to avoid it for now simply remove the "h" from the formula. Protons are ignored in any case, so it's not necessary to have them in the equation.

Okay, the bug has been patched. Now, having protons in the formula shouldn't cause any problems (but I recommend not having them anyway).

Incidentally, this also closes an issue #75 on gitlab posted 6 months ago.
