Regarding pathway analysis (result figure)

Hi, 

I am trying to perform pathway analysis for my pathway of interest,

and I obtained the result figure as attached below. 

Since the MDF-optimized concentrations was not plotted; and the bottle reactions are always 0, may i know if this is normal?
