Hello,

I'm having some trouble uploading a reaction table to convert into SBtable... I think this is because one of the compounds has a comma in the name (6-phospho-D-glucono-1,5-lactone). I have tried encasing each cell in single and double quotes, encasing only the column with the reaction, putting that specific compound between single quotes, and using tabs or semicolons as column delimiters (as in the SBtable manual). Nothing is working and I'm out of ideas... what is the convention for compounds with commas?

Thanks, and I'm attaching here the table in case there is something super obvious I'm missing:

PS: it is UTF-8 enconded...

Thanks!

!!!SBtab DocumentName='Pathway Model' SBtabVersion='1.0',

!!SBtab TableName='Reaction' TableID='Reaction' TableType='Reaction'  ,

!ReactionFormula,!RelativeFlux

"ATP + D-Glucose <=> ADP + D-Glucose 6-phosphate","1"

"D-Glucose-6-phosphate + NADP <=> D-Glucono-1,5-lactone-6-phosphate + NADPH","1"

"D-Glucono-1,5-lactone-6-phosphate + H2O <=> 6-Phospho-D-gluconate","1"

"6-Phospho-D-gluconate <=> 2-Dehydro-3-deoxy-6-phospho-D-gluconate + H2O","1"

"2-Dehydro-3-deoxy-6-phospho-D-gluconate <=> D-Glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate + Pyruvate","1"

Hi,

Please use Tab-separated values (.tsv) which should solve the problem.
I tried it and it worked (see attachment).

Best,
Elad
