EQL5: OSX now supported

As of EQL5 version 17.4.2 (2017-04-26), building on OSX should now be possible.

This has not been tested by me personally, but has been reported to work using the clang++ compiler from the  Xcode command line tools, to be installed like this:

    xcode-select --install

Update: there were still some small issues to fix for OSX, but as of today (2017-05-02) it should build & install smoothlessly.
