Important step toward a (finally) stable version (EQL 11.5.7)

I finally figured how to prevent ugly exits of EQL on certain errors
(e.g. when putting a "(/ 1 0)" inside the LAMBDA function of the
"my.lisp" from example 9).
As a consequence, the (undocumented) command line option "-io" is obsolete now.

So, please use only versions >= 11.5.7.
This should be a big step toward a finally stable version of EQL in
(almost) all situations.

And please(!) report any bug/trouble/annoyance you encounter using EQL, thanks.

P.S. details: I needed to add "CL_CATCH_ALL..." in some more places,
plus make a change to "top-level.lisp" from example 9.
