Integrating with Qt/C++: "Qt_EQL_dynamic/"

The "embedding/integrating in Qt/C++" part of EQL is now finally at a state where it should have been from the beginning.

I won't spend much words, just see directory "Qt_EQL_dynamic/" for examples (as of EQL version >= 12.10.6)
