Fix for "const char*" arguments (due to ECL internal changes)

Since ECL recently changed internal string handling, I needed to fix
"const char*" argument handling passed to Qt functions (see new
version 15.2.2 from today).
(This affected 2 examples, "move-blocks" and "palindrome", causing
segfaults with latest ECL from git; it's fixed now.)
