EQL5: new module :quick (quick, quickwidgets, qml)

This new module called ":quick" includes all of: Quick, QuickWidgets, Qml.

See also the "quickwidget.lisp" example in "M-modules/...".

The next step would be to make some integration similar to the QtWebKit bridge, to enable calling Lisp functions directly from QML code.
I'll announce it here when it will be ready.

A port of the QtQuick1/Qt4 example "Tic-Tac-Toe" has now been added.
Although it's not typical "modern" QtQuick2 code, it should suffice as an example of a successful integration of QML/Lisp!
