Hi Paul,

Please find attached a patch that introduces an EXIT-STATUS and KILL-ALL-THREADS arguments to EQL:QQUIT.

The KILL-ALL-THREADS argument is currently unused. I introduced it in order to be consistent with ECL's EXT:QUIT.
