2 small improvements:

1) better Slime patch: Qt event processing is now near-to-native in
performance when using Slime

2) added eql:*break-on-errors*, which (if set to non NIL), will call a
simple (break) after showing any EQL error message

Paul

P.S. I don't use Slime very often, but in the past, I experienced
(very seldom) freezing after tab completion (on a slow machine). I
hope this is gone now.
Please report any trouble when using Slime.

Update: no Slime patches needed anymore (I found a better solution).
Instead, a new command line argument "-slime" has been added (see doc/
Slime.htm).

This solution (the same for all platforms) should be both faster (near-
to-native Qt event processing) and more stable.
