We're back with our second speaker spotlight for the 5th edition of the European Summer School on quantum AI!
🎉 Joining us will be Laia Domingo, PhD, Senior Researcher at the Computer Vision Center (CVC) and expert in quantum machine learning and hybrid quantum-classical algorithms.
⚛️🧠Laia holds a PhD in quantum machine learning from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (UPM). Her research spans quantum reservoir computing, quantum extreme learning machines, quantum optimization, and real-world applications of quantum AI. Beyond academia, she has served as Chief Science Officer at Ingenii — a quantum machine learning startup — where she helped bring quantum technologies to life in the life sciences sector. A passionate science communicator, she is deeply committed to making quantum computing more practical, understandable, and impactful.
