Hello everyone,

Thanks a lot for this new ressource that will help a lot for developing in EP. I would like to modify parts of the source code. Then I decided to install all the required programs and to follow this tutoriel. Unfortunately, I have problems for importing source code manually or with Subclipse.

When I try to use Subclipse, an error window pops up with the following message: "error validating location" (see attached picture). Probably an error with the URL location (svn://svn.code.sf.net/p/epx/root/code), no?

Otherwise, when I try to import manually the source code, it looks like Eclipse can not recognize any project in the folders coming from the ZIP file I downloaded on the EPx SourceForge site. I also tried to download the latest development code (URL: svn://svn.code.sf.net/p/epx/root/code/trunk) but it doesn't work unfortunately.

Does anyone have a solution for that problem?

Thanks a lot,

Benoit

Benoit,

We are in the process of finding the best directory structure for the EPx project. Currently only the epx_dev branch uses a directory structure that is consistent with the instructions in this tutorial. We hope to restructure the rest of the repository soon. The zip files also are not yet in the correct directory structure.

Please try using the following URL:

You can either check it out and import it manually or you can import it directly using the subclipse plug-in.

Hope that helps. Please let me know if you are still having trouble.

Neal
