Epubjs integration with cordova throws error: Couldn't load book at : META-INF/container.xml

Hi support,

      We are integrating epub.js inside cordova. When we build this application, in iPad (iOS 8), only blank white page is shown and throwing some error messages. We have attached index.html with this mail. 

Files included the JS libraries in a folder named "index_files":

aes.js,

core-min.js,

decryptepub.js,

enc-base64-min.js,

enc-utf16-min.js,

epub.js.map,

epub.min.js,

mode-cfb-min.js,

zip.min.js,

zip.min.map,

book.js

and set the path in index.html.

We are using an expanded epub (moby-dick) from epubjs examples. 

Error messages( Attached screenshot - Error.png ).

Could not load book at : META-INF/container.xml

We are facing the same issue reported by "Enrique" in the referred link.
