epubjs and phonegap

Hi,

I was trying to wrap epubjs into a phonegap app. However, testing this on Android, I run into the expected problem: XMLHTTPRequests in an iframe won't work (https://github.com/phonegap/phonegap/wiki/iFrame-Usage) and the book does not load.

Are there plans to move away from the iframe construction? Or does somebody happen to know a workaround?

Definitely planing to abstract out the way rendering is handled.

Rendering the book directly in page, rather than using iframe, wouldn't be to big of a deal to implement except applying the correct css styles could be tricky. 

I'll have to try out phone gap, but do you know have a log of what requests are failing handy?

Hi Fred,

I'll try to produce a log next time I get to this. But since Phonegap uses file:// for webapps, it should be the same problem you get on a local file system.

Hello Fred,

I was look for or Requesting(New Function) help with a "Sentence Parser" so I can Send Each Sentence to the TTS to Read the Book out-loud  .. html5 .

I am Using Phone-gap 2.9.0 and I can Render the Book Fine (So Long as it has already been unzipped and is in a local folder) I just Need Help with the Unzip functions so I can unzip the epub file with Phone-gap ... I can Read and write files (memory variables) My self just find ...But I have issues trying to unzip each file into memory so I can Write the File back out ... This I do NOT seem to be having any luck with ... I had given up until I found this thread ..

Any help would be greatly appreciated
